Linda Tegg, Jen Berean and Callum Morton

The Birds brings together the work of Linda Tegg, Jen Berean and Callum Morton produced during their consecutive residencies at The Farm. Their collaborative project is a series of propositions and prototypes exploring the connections between the local avian population and agricultural infrastructure. Extending on their research around the typology of the bird bath, the artists used the farm trough as a starting point, looking at how these circular gathering points can reveal and create connections to wider ecosystems. During the period of residence, the artists produced a series of works including an island, trough float sculptures, films, trail cam footage and mappings.
